Deploy Action – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Deploy Action website (“Site”), online forms, digital content, or related services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
Deploy Action (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Organizational Status
Deploy Action is a nonprofit social‑welfare organization recognized under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to Deploy Action are not tax‑deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
3. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
Use the Services to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property

You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
6. Donations and Payment Processing
Donations made through the Site are processed by third‑party payment processors. Deploy Action does not store full payment card numbers or sensitive financial information.
By submitting a donation, you authorize the designated payment processor to charge the amount specified. All donations are final unless otherwise required by law.
7. Donor Privacy
Deploy Action is committed to protecting donor confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share donor personal information with third parties for marketing or fundraising purposes. Donor information may be shared only with:
Service providers who process donations or maintain donor records
Regulatory authorities when required by law
Affiliated organizations for mission‑aligned civic engagement activities
Court order or other enforcement action

8. Privacy Policy

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Deploy Action and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.
16. Variation of Terms
Deploy Action may revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website. Your continued use of this Website shall be deemed your acceptance of any revised Terms.
17. Survival of Certain Terms
Notwithstanding anything in these Terms to the contrary, all Terms that may require continued performance, compliance, or effect beyond the termination date of these Terms survive termination of these Terms and may be enforced by the parties, including, but not limited to, those sections covering licenses, warranty and liability disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law.
